The School

The School design uses a sustainable concept organized to encompass an accommodation of both the natural flow of learning as well as a child’s relationship with their surroundings. By pairing sustainable design and organic materials with a focus on the pedagogical style, the school itself serves as an environment to encourage free thinking and openness, allowing the child’s mind to be in a state of exploration, ready to learn.

The classrooms are designed using a Montessori based methodology with materials being designed by local artesanal craftsmen.

With one of the core principles of the school being integration and recognition for the community, the school uniquely sits on donated land by the community members themselves, weaving a greater density in the fabric of community investment.
